FREE Makeovers for the CYLC Final 8!

Hi, All,

Now that we are nearing the end, we have a special day in store for each and every one of you.

Heather Fox, the owner of Salon Rhapsody of Frankfort, has generously donated her services and will be providing each of you with a complete makeover, including haircut, color and style, blowdry, makeup, mini-facial, and nails! We are so grateful to them for this amazing donation, and know that it will mean a lot to all of you.

Here’s how it works:
- Please call Salon Rhapsody or stop in to schedule your consultation. They would like to do as many as possible on Monday, September 15th, but will be able to work with your schedule as needed.
- Once you have completed your consultation, you will schedule a time to come in and receive your makeover – they will take before and after pictures at that time.
- On Sunday, September 21, you will need to arrive at the Salon earlier in the day and they will do your hair and make-up for our grand finale later that day!

Salon Rhapsody is located at 9645 Lincoln Way Lane, Suite 110, Frankfort. You can stop in or call them at 815-469-5953 and let them know you are with Lifestage Fitness and are scheduling your makeover consultation.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know! We can’t wait to see the “new” new you!

Read How YOU Are Inspiring OTHERS!

Dear Challengers,

Below is an excerpt from an email from my mom who lives in Minnesota. (Tony & Todd's mom) After decades of living a sedintary lifestyle she magically decided to start working out in April 2008. Come to find out she was inspired by her daily reading of the blogs. She realized she had many of the same feelings and it was time to JUST DO IT for herself.

My mom wrote:
"I do really feel better since I've been excercising. You can add me to your list of people motivated by your challenge. I was reading the blogs everyday and their positive comments motivated me to make the move. God works in mysterious ways. You wouldn't have thought that a contest in Illinois would motivate me to do this. I was at tears reading about Sandra's dad. God was preparing her for this huge trial in her life by making her stronger and healthier."

Thank you challengers for inspiring my mom - leading her to a longer life!!!

Sincerely,

Todd Groskreutz (ie Todd-Quantum)

We hear your voices!

Way to go all 8 challengers! We read your blogs and keep up with how you are feeling. As a result Joe has decided to only give points for 5 workouts per week until the week of August 4th.

There will be no points awarded for Monday June 23rd (take the day off!)

Other clarifications:
The 5 workout "rule" will begin Monday June 23rd
Weeks will run from Monday - Sunday
Monday June 23rd will be one of your "days off" for the week of the 23rd-29th.
You are welcome to workout more than 5 times per week but a max of 5 workouts will count for points.

Keep up with eating the proper foods and 6 small meals a day - this is an important part of your long term evolution.

Good Luck to all of you!
