Now that you have spent some time looking at our tours, and viewing our floor plans, perhaps you have decided that some of these plans might work
for you but need some changes. Or maybe you have some specific needs in mind, but can't find a plan that works for you. We invite you to take advantage of
our FREE design/build service. Here's how it works!

Step 1: Make an appointment with our in-house designer, Rebecca, to sit down for an conceptual meeting. We'll ask you a few standard questions and get your wish-list of everything you want in your new home, as well as your established budget.
Our designer will then search through thousands of stock plans and photo to find you up to 10 plans that match your requirements. We'll then set up a second meeting to review those plans and make any necessary adjustments to get it just right.

Step 2: Once we have a solid concept that fits your budget, Rebecca will guide you through the design phase through one of our preferred architects. We will modify drawings to your specifications, keeping in mind the budget that you have set.

Step 3: Quantum will then take your finalized architectural drawings and put them out for bid. A building contract and list of specifications and allowances is prepared and presented to you. Everything that you have asked to be included will be listed in this document.

Step 4: Your new home is started! Rebecca will then walk you through selections using a specific process and timeline. She will accompany you on all selection trips and make sure you are on the right track. This process takes the stress out of decision making.
